科技型中小企业创新基金,是国务院批准设立的用于支持科技型中小企业技术创新项目的政府专项基金,该创新基金自1999年全面启动以来,总体运行良好,但其中也存在一些问题。本文简要分析了创新基金在促进中小企业发展过程中的重要作用,为我国的创新基金在今后的顺利实施提出了建设性建议。
The Innovation Fund for SMEs in Science and Technology is a special government fund approved by the State Council to support technological innovation projects of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises. Since its launch in 1999, the Innovation Fund has generally been operating well but some problems have also emerged. This article briefly analyzes the important role of innovation funds in promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and puts forward constructive suggestions for the smooth implementation of our innovation funds in the future.
