对不同合成条件下非对映体的量比、非对映作α、β分离度及保留性的对比表明：RS＋SR和RR＋SS两对非对映体的量比关系既非等量，又非定比。故提出氰戊菊酯非对映体的比值也应作为该药药效活性质量指标进行考核。
Comparison of diastereomeric ratios, diastereoselectivity and retention of diastereomers under different conditions showed that the ratio of two diastereomers of RS + SR and RR + SS was not equal or not ratio. Therefore, it is proposed that the ratio of fenvalerate diastereomers should also be evaluated as an indicator of the pharmacodynamic activity of the drug.
