一串红‘彩铃红’系从河北三河农家种植的一串红实生后代群体中发现的自封顶型突变体,后经自然授粉、人工采种、播种,3世代混合选择培育而成的新品种。在北京地区露地栽培条件下,株高35~45 cm,冠幅40~52 cm。花萼和花冠红色。早春露地栽培,花期6—10月,盛花期9—10月。整株花序数70~100,花序较短,3.5~8.2 cm。与原品系相比,自然分枝繁茂,每一茎节均可萌发分枝并伸长生长,最多可萌发至四级分枝,株形圆润,呈半球形。
A bunch of red ’Choi Linghong’ is a new breed of self-captive mutant discovered from a bunch of red-born progeny grown in Hebei Sanhe farmhouse and then cultivated by natural pollination, artificial seed collection, sowing and 3-generation hybrid selection. Under open field cultivation in Beijing, the plant height was 35-45 cm and the crown width was 40-52 cm. Calyx and corolla red. Early spring open field cultivation, florescence 6 - 10 months, full flowering September to October. The whole plant inflorescence number 70 ~ 100, inflorescence shorter, 3.5 ~ 8.2 cm. Compared with the original line, the natural branch lush, each stem section can germinate branches and elongation growth, up to four branches can germinate, plant-shaped rounded, hemispherical.
