中法两国工程技术人员的经验交流会上,法国佛涅西纳(Freyssinet)公司国际部副主任、雷格郎、皮尔(Legrand Pierre)先生,向我们介绍了预应力楼盖结构模板技术。这项技术在国外虽非新鲜,但我国从未使用过。目前北京市建工局正试验推广。这是一种在预制厂加工的预应力钢筋混凝土薄板。在法国其宽度一般为2.4米,跨度不大于7.5米,板厚为5厘米。板内预应力筋的配置,以及与现浇层叠合厚度,依上部荷载而定。其功能有三:施工时当做模板使用;作为室内天花板;与现浇层叠合后作为混凝土楼板结构的一部分。
At the exchange of experience between Chinese and French engineers and technicians, the deputy director of Freysinet’s international department, Mr. Legrand and Mr. Pierre introduced us to the pre-stressed floor structure formwork technology. Although this technology is not new abroad, it has never been used in China. At present, the Beijing Construction Bureau is experimenting and promoting. This is a kind of prestressed reinforced concrete sheet processed in a precast factory. In France, the width is generally 2.4 meters, the span is not more than 7.5 meters, and the thickness is 5 centimeters. The configuration of the prestressing tendons in the slabs, and the thickness of the stacked layers with the cast-in-place, depends on the upper load. There are three functions: as a template for construction, as an indoor ceiling, and as a part of a concrete floor structure after being laminated with cast-in-place.
