通过对旧区改造投资效果的分析,建立了一套评价投资效果的指标体系。并首次将集值统计、层次分析以及墒度量原理结合起来对旧区改造的投资效果进行评价,较好地解决了单项指标评价和指标赋权这两个关键问题。
Through the analysis of the effect of urban renewal investment, a set of index system of evaluating investment effect has been set up. For the first time, this paper combines the theory of set-valued statistics, analytic hierarchy process and moisture content to evaluate the investment effect of urban renewal and solves the two key problems of single index evaluation and indicator empowerment.
