本文用X射线衍射和差热分析的方法测定了LaNi_5-NdNi_5,LaNi_5-CeNi_5两个赝二元系相图。用X射线衍射线宽化法测定了活化后LaNi_5-NdNi_5体系的样品晶粒尺寸的各向异性。考查了吸氢性能和第二相存在对LaNi_5吸氢性能的影响。测定和计算了两个体系中样品的点阵常数、单胞体积、原了间距吸氢前后的变化。从结构的观点,解释了LaNi_5-NdNi_5体系中活化后样品晶粒尺寸各向异性的原因。用本实验的结果,解释了RmNi_5(Rm代表混合稀土金属)的吸氢量和平台压力的差异。
In this paper, two pseudo-binary phase diagrams of LaNi_5-NdNi_5 and LaNi_5-CeNi_5 were measured by X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis. The anisotropy of grain size of LaNi_5-NdNi_5 system after activation was measured by X-ray diffraction line broadening method. The effect of hydrogen absorption and secondary phase on the hydrogen absorption properties of LaNi_5 was investigated. The lattice constants, the unit cell volume and the change of the original spacing before and after hydrogen absorption were measured and calculated. From the structural point of view, the reason for the anisotropy of the grain size of the activated sample in the LaNi_5-NdNi_5 system is explained. Using the results of this experiment, we explain the difference between the hydrogen absorption capacity and the plateau pressure of RmNi_5 (Rm stands for mixed rare earth metals).
