201182 茶色素对恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能和血液流变学的影响/胡彦丽…//中国肿瘤临床与康复,1999,6(6).-13,12 60例随机分为单纯放化组和口服茶色胶囊,250mg/次,日3次,加放化组,每组30例。疗程2个月。结果:患者CD_3、CD_4值均低于正常值。放化疗后,单纯放化组CD_3、CD_4较疗前下降明显,但茶色素加放化疗组疗前后相比无明显下降。单纯放化疗组IgG、IgA、IgM低于治疗前,特别是IgG明显低于治疗前,而茶色素加放化疗组则相对稳定,血流变学测定治疗后较治疗前有明显变化。认为茶色素是从天然绿茶中提取以儿茶索为主的多元酚类物质。对肿瘤细胞有杀伤作用,促进机体免疫细胞的增殖和生长,增强机体
