本文针对机械工程中常用楔形滑块机构力分析提出的新准则,在楔形滑块机构进行力分析时,可任取点0往外引线做受力构件上诸作用力的矢量。若构件受三个力作用处于平衡时,则构件上各作用力的大小与其余二力作用线夹角α的正弦比值对应相等。这种做力矢量线代替做力多边形的方法,可以十分简明地建立各种类型楔面机构力分析和综合的数学模型,而且可在微型计算机屏幕上进行楔面机构力分析和综合。本方法与传统方法比较是十分简便。
In this paper, a new guideline of mechanical force analysis of wedge-type sliders in mechanical engineering is proposed. When the wedge-type slider mechanism is subjected to force analysis, it can take point 0 and the outward lead acts as a vector of forces acting on the force members. If the member is balanced by the three forces, then the magnitude of each force on the member corresponds to the sine ratio of the included angle α of the other two forces. This force vector line instead of force polygon method can be very concise to establish all types of wedge mechanism force analysis and synthesis of mathematical models, but also in the micro-computer screen wedge mechanism force analysis and synthesis. This method is very simple compared with the traditional method.
