Autumn season, the sky is clear, everything is abundant, in the beginning of the Silk Road Chang’an City, ushered in a number of distinguished guests. On September 2, Wang Lixia, Vice Governor, met in Datang West City with Hans Dowell, Assistant Director-General of UNESCO, and others who came to Xi’an to attend the Silk Road Cultural Development Forum. On behalf of the governor Lou Qinjian, Wang Lixia firstly welcomed the guests and briefly introduced the construction of a new starting point for Shaanxi’s economic belt to build the Silk Road. She expressed the hope that UNESCO will pay more attention and support to strengthening communication and cooperation between Shaanxi and other countries along the Silk Road in all fields including culture, economy and trade
