十八届四中全会的召开,提出我国要全面推进依法治国,建设法治社会。随着民主法治的发展,越来越多的人也开始关注司法,关注热点案件,并提出自己的看法,也希望自己的看法能影响案件的进展,由此也产生了民意与司法的冲突,这也是法治发展过程中必须面临的问题,法治社会的构建也需要司法与民意的协调,文章就司法与民意的冲突与协调作出相应的分析。
The convening of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed that our country should comprehensively promote the administration of the country according to law and establish a society ruled by law. With the development of democracy and the rule of law, more and more people are also beginning to pay attention to the judiciary, paying close attention to hot cases and making their own views. They also hope that their own opinions will affect the progress of the case, thus creating a conflict between public opinions and judicature. This is also a problem that must be faced during the development of the rule of law. The construction of a society ruled by the law also requires the coordination of the judiciary and public opinion. The article makes a corresponding analysis on the conflict and coordination between the judiciary and the public opinion.
