测定了新研制的160毫米厚5083-0铝合金板材的特性,其中特别着重全厚度(ST)性能。板材短横向的伸长率都较高于任何其他符合要求的数据。疲劳性能也是良好的,在交变次数为10~7时短横向的疲劳强度是11公斤力/毫米~2。深缺口试验结果表明,即使在-196℃短横向承受载荷的情况下,板材仍呈现完全塑性状态。板材在热影响区产生微裂纹的趋势非常低。所有这些优良性能都是由于改进了材料的内部稳定性而获得的。
The properties of the newly developed 160 mm thick 5083-0 aluminum alloy plate were measured with particular emphasis on full thickness (ST) performance. The sheet has a greater transverse elongation than any other satisfactory data. Fatigue performance is also good, with short transverse fatigue strength of 11 kgf / mm ~ 2 at 10 to 7 alternating cycles. Deep notch test results show that, even at -196 ℃ short transverse load, the plate is still fully plastic state. The tendency of plates to produce micro-cracks in the HAZ is very low. All of these excellent properties are achieved due to the improved internal stability of the material.
