单面焊双面成形技术对于焊条电弧焊、CO气体保护半自动焊(实芯、药芯)、钨极氩弧焊(TIG直流正接)和氧-乙炔焊等焊接方法均是难度较大的一种操作技术,也是各类焊工技能考试、技术比武,特别是锅炉、压力容器和压力管道焊工必须熟练掌握的基本技能。笔者经过多年来的实践,同时在吸取和借鉴全国先进单位培训经验的基础上,总结出了一套适用于上述几种焊接方法单面焊双面成形的操作技巧和运条(丝)手法。在锅炉、压力容器和压力管道的焊工取证培训中与在各类焊工技术大赛上,收到了很好的效果并取得了较好的成绩。2
