1975年8月18日,为迎接太原市体委的检查,我插队所在的清徐县王答公社5000多人云集在村里学校的操场上,举办“群众体育活动汇报表演”。我们知青“农大”的队伍正排在后面等待着入场,公社一位副书记急忙找到我,让我立即到主席台上去做大会现场广播。面对这突如其来的重任,着实让我感到有些为难。虽说自己在插队前作为知青代表在3000多人的大会上发过言,下乡后也曾参加过市里举办的报社通讯员培训班,但那毕竟都是“有备而来”。插队已近两年,整日里和社员们一样“面朝黄土背朝天”修理地球,我甚至觉得昔日埋藏在心底里的理想和抱负离自己
