培养合格的英语专业师范生,不仅意味着英语教师要有专业化的英语教育能力,更重要的是要有创新意识。对于高师院校做一个称职的创新型教师,培养优秀的创新型人才是很必要的。创新人才是指具有创新意识、创新能力、创新精神、和创新人格的高素质人才。教育理念的创新是培养创新型人才的前提基础。高师院校英语专业实施创新教育,创新人才培养,要求我们转变继承性教育思想,注重培养创新精神和科学精神,推动教学内容,教学方法和课程体系的创新。如何培养和创新英语教育能力的发展是值得我们探讨的。
The training of qualified English majors not only means that English teachers need specialized English education skills, but more importantly, they should have innovative ideas. It is necessary to cultivate excellent and innovative talents for a qualified and innovative teacher in normal universities and colleges.
