日前,国际首要房地产服务及投资管理公司——仲量联行在北京发布了2001年第一季度北京、上海、广州和香港四个城市住宅和写字楼租务市场的物业指数,仲量联行北亚地区研究和顾问部董事TimBellman先生指出:“在整个亚太地区中,中国主要城市中房地产市场在第一季度是最活跃的,国际用户和投资人都很积极。” 在住宅租务市场方面,Bellman先生认为:“在一些城市中,去年国际公司对中国的强烈兴趣使得对豪华住宅的需求大增。来自国内外租客的需求引发了上海七年来租金的首次增长,今年第一季度的涨幅为4.4%,而广州六年来租金首次上涨,幅度为1.5%,在香港租金也升高了1.2%。只有北京外销房市场的租金继续下降。”
