目的:观察人嗅神经母细胞瘤(ONB)组织中生长抑素受体2(SSTR2)及磷酸化信号传导和转录激活因子3(STAT3)的表达特征及其相互关系。方法:免疫组织化学方法检测11例ONB患者肿瘤组织与瘤旁正常嗅神经上皮组织中SSTR2和P-STAT3的表达情况并进行比较。结果:①SSTR2表达于细胞胞质,其表达强度在瘤旁正常嗅神经上皮组织中明显强于肿瘤细胞(P<0.01);②P-STAT3表达于ONB肿瘤细胞的胞核中,而瘤旁正常上皮细胞未表达;③ONB中SSTR2和P-STAT3的阳性表达强度呈负相关性,rs=-0.367,P<0.05。结论:在ONB细胞中SSTR2的低表达和STAT3的过度活化可能通过相关途径促进ONB的发生与发展。
Objective: To observe the expression of somatostatin receptor 2 (SSTR2), phosphorylation signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) and their correlation in human olfactory neuroblastoma (ONB). Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of SSTR2 and P-STAT3 in tumor tissues of 11 ONB patients and adjacent normal olfactory epithelium tissues. Results: ①SSTR2 was expressed in the cytoplasm of cells, and its expression intensity was significantly stronger than that of tumor cells in the normal para-olfactory epithelium (P <0.01); ②P-STAT3 was expressed in the nucleus of ONB tumor cells, The expression of SSTR2 and P-STAT3 in ONB was negatively correlated (rs = -0.367, P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The low expression of SSTR2 and the over-activation of STAT3 in ONB cells may promote the occurrence and development of ONB through related pathways.
