本文根据淳安县士地利用现状、山地坡度指标、森林对水库的防护作用和经济林、防护林面积等综合指标的需要来确定最佳森林覆盖率。
In this paper, the best forest cover rate is determined according to the current situation of land use in Chun’an County, the slope index of mountainous area, the protective effect of forest on reservoirs and the comprehensive indexes of economic forest and shelterbelts.
