总结了现有与林业发展相关的国际资金机制。目前国际森林资金渠道主要包括:包括双边和多边发展的公共部门援助,私营部门投资,国际非政府组织支持和慈善捐助。分析了各方对资金来源和资金用途意见不统一、使用效率有待提高等主要问题。同时对我国参与国际森林资金对话进行思考。
Summarizes the existing international financial mechanism related to the development of forestry. At present, the international forest funding channels mainly include public sector assistance including bilateral and multilateral development, private-sector investment, international non-governmental organization support and charitable donations. Analyzed the main issues such as the disagreement on the sources of funds and the use of funds, and the improvement of the efficiency of use. At the same time, we should think about China’s participation in international forest funds dialogue.
