流程模拟技术及其商业化软件已被广泛应用于石油化工和矿物加工等过程工业的众多领域,成为工艺流程设计和优化的重要工具。本文介绍1种面向矿物加工和冶金领域的工厂级大型模拟软件—SysCAD,该软件与Aspen、PRO/Ⅱ等传统的化工流程模拟软件不同,提供了丰富的处理固体物料和固液混合物的单元模块,更适合于矿物加工及冶炼过程的流程模拟。通过初步建立镍闪速熔炼过程的SysCAD流程模型,概述了该软件的使用方法和步骤,探讨了如何使用SysCAD的通用模块和Sub-models实现实际过程中复杂单元设备或过程的模拟,以及火法冶金领域流程模拟的应用前景。
Process simulation technology and its commercial software have been widely used in many fields of the process industry, such as petrochemical and mineral processing, and become an important tool for process design and optimization. This paper introduces a plant-scale large-scale simulation software -sysCAD for mineral processing and metallurgy. Unlike traditional chemical process simulation softwares such as Aspen and PRO / II, this software provides rich unit modules for processing solid materials and solid-liquid mixtures , More suitable for mineral processing and smelting process simulation process. Through the initial establishment of SysCAD process model of nickel flash smelting process, the methods and steps of the software are summarized, and how to use SysCAD common module and Sub-models to simulate the actual process of complex unit equipment or process, as well as fire method Application prospect of process simulation in metallurgy field.
