作者报告了375个化合物对17种大鼠移植肿瘤的作用,这些化合物分为烷化剂,嘧啶类似物、嘌呤类似物、抗代谢类、甾体类化合物、抗菌素、喹啉类似物及其他类药物。所用17种大鼠瘤株为:Flexner-Jobling癌(FRC)、瓦克癌256(W_(256)),金生肉瘤(JRS),丝裂霉素C-抗药性肉瘤(JRS-Mc-Resistant),肉瘤R39(R_(39)),吉田肉瘤(YRS),Moore肉瘤1号(MRS No.1),纤维肉瘤1号、4号、6号、7号(RFSNo.1、No.4、No6.No7.),Babcock肾脏肿瘤(BRK),Novikoff肝癌(NRH),Iglesias功能卵巢肿瘤(FOT),Igiesias肉瘤(OT),Igiesias功能肾上腺肿瘤(AT)。试验结果表明,烷化剂在筛选中有效的瘤谱最广,对12种大鼠肿瘤有明显作用,其中以环磷酰胺的效果最好,其次为亚硝脲氮芥及L-
The authors report on the effects of 375 compounds on 17 kinds of rat transplanted tumors. These compounds are classified into alkylating agents, pyrimidine analogs, purine analogs, antimetabolites, steroidal compounds, antibiotics, quinoline analogs and others drug. Seventeen rat tumor strains were used: Flexner-Jobling Cancer (FRC), Wacker’s Cancer 256 (W 256), JRS, JRS-Mc-Resistant , Sarcoma R39 (R_ (39)), Yoshida sarcoma (YRS), Moore sarcoma No. 1 (MRS No. 1), fibrosarcoma No. 1, No. 4, No. 6 and No. 7 No6.No7.), Babcock kidney cancer (BRK), Novikoff liver cancer (NRH), Iglesias functional ovarian tumor (FOT), Igiesias sarcoma (OT), Igiesias-activated adrenal tumor (AT). The results showed that alkylating agents had the most effective tumor spectrum in screening and had significant effects on 12 kinds of rat tumors.
