一九八四年金色的秋日,我们驱车前往塞北新都——五大连池市的黑龙江省水利疗养院采访。车过青山镇,这块神奇的土地便展现在我们面前。大自然的伟力早在六十多万年以前就使地下熔岩在这里迸出,造就了今天这样一个巍然耸立的十四座火山群峰;岩浆堆砌的熔岩流;镶嵌在群山脚下的五个相连的堰塞湖;从岩石缝中喷涌出来的甘辛爽口的矿泉水……这部蔚为壮观的山水画卷,曾引起多少人瞩目顾盼、纷至沓来建起了现代化的疗养院、火山矿泉研究所和旅游服务大楼。给这古老安谧的北疆新都增添了新时代的色彩。
