改革开放以来,中职教育作为我国一种重要的教育形式,为教育事业的发展和经济建设作出了重要贡献。目前接受中职教育的学生基础相对较差,分层现象明显,普遍对学习的兴趣和主动性不足,在实际教学中难以达到预期的教学效果。这就对教师的规范和引导作用提出了更高的要求:不仅要教书,更要育人,在传授专业技术知识的同时,更要培养学生的学习兴趣,养成良好的行为习惯。
Since the reform and opening up, secondary vocational education as an important form of education in our country has made important contributions to the development of education and economic construction. At present, the students who receive secondary vocational education have relatively poor foundation, obvious stratification phenomenon, lack of interest and initiative in learning, and difficult to achieve expected teaching effect in practical teaching. This puts forward higher requirements on the standardization and guiding role of teachers: not only teaching, but also educating people. While imparting professional technical knowledge, it is also necessary to cultivate students’ interest in learning and develop good behavior habits.
