乡镇集体建筑企业要实现“六个方面改变”

随着改革开放,乡镇集体建筑企业迅速发展成为了国内外建筑市场上的一支功劲旅,在一些地区成为了振兴农村经济的重要支柱产业。乡镇集体建筑企业如何在市场经济环境下再创辉煌,笔者认为,必须按照建立“产权清晰,权责明确,政企分开,管理科学”的现代企业制度要求,实现六个方面改变。

With the reform and opening up, township collective construction enterprises have rapidly developed into a powerful powerhouse in the construction market both at home and abroad, and have become an important pillar industry for revitalizing the rural economy in some areas. How the collective construction enterprises in towns and villages create new splendor in the market economy environment, the author believes that the six aspects must be changed in accordance with the requirements of establishing a modern enterprise system with “clear property rights, clear rights and responsibilities, separate government and enterprises, and management science”.
