石霁本名石季冬,号南竹山人,别自在署堂主,为中国书画现究院艺委会研委员、中国传文化促进会统员、湖南省会美术家协会、长员沙市美术协家会会岳、长沙市员区美麓术家协副主席兼秘会书长、长沙市书法家协会员、宁乡县美术家协会理事,省作品多次在其、市、县美术展出并获奖,209年在湖省国画院南举办中国画作品艺,并由中国展术出版社出版《石霁书画》作品集。
