目的:探讨耳鼻咽喉科疾病呼吸道管理的有效方法。方法:报告因窒息死亡的9例患者的临床资料,详细分析造成死亡的原因和教训,提出有关预防措施。结果:9例患者均因窒息死亡。结论:窒息是耳鼻咽喉科疾病死亡的重要原因。气管切开术是预防上呼吸道梗阻引起窒息的有效方法;下呼吸道阻塞首选气管镜检查,气管内出血者应避免喉插管正压呼吸。
Objective: To explore effective methods of respiratory tract management of otorhinolaryngology diseases. Methods: The clinical data of 9 patients died of asphyxiation were reported. The causes and lessons of death were analyzed in detail and preventive measures were put forward. Results: All 9 patients died of asphyxia. Conclusion: Asphyxia is an important cause of death in otorhinolaryngology diseases. Tracheotomy is an effective method to prevent suffocation caused by upper airway obstruction; bronchoscopy is preferred for obstruction of the lower airway, and positive pressure ventilation should be avoided in the tracheal hemorrhage.
