为提高煤炭回采率,采用现场实测方法对陕北煤矿4-2煤区段煤柱的合理尺寸进行了研究。分析表明,煤柱基本处于弹性或塑性状态,未达到其破坏极限值以致形成松动区,现有的煤柱尺寸存在富余。结合煤柱宽度理论知识,提出在保持原有支护方案不变的条件下,将煤柱尺寸由19.2 m缩减为17.4 m的煤柱尺寸优化方案,并运用FLAC数值计算方法验证了煤柱宽度优化后的可行性。
In order to improve the recovery rate of coal, the reasonable size of 4-2 coal pillar in Shanbei coal mine was studied by on-the-spot measurement. The analysis shows that the pillars are basically in elastic or plastic state, the failure thresholds are not reached and the loose area is formed, and the existing coal pillar size is surplus. Combined with the theoretical knowledge of coal pillar width, a coal pillar size optimization scheme was proposed to reduce the coal pillar size from 19.2 m to 17.4 m while keeping the original support scheme unchanged.
