为IP电话运营商提供完整的网络管理和清算/拆帐系统的IP电话国际联盟组织及国际结算中心,目前有ITXC,GRIC,iNOW及AT＆T等几家.VoIP运营商间一般不直接结算帐务,只是通过联盟的清算中心或拆帐机构进行,目前它们需要考虑设备互通、业务多样化、市场透明性及后方管理机构等几方面的问题.
Currently, there are several ITXC, GRIC, iNOW, and AT & T IP telephony organizations that provide IP phone operators with a complete network management and settlement / debit system.
