目的 观察大鼠中缝背核 (DRN)微量注射对氯苯丙氨酸 (PCPA)后睡眠的变化及 5 羟色胺 (5 HT)能神经元的形态学改变。方法 采用核团微量注射、多导睡眠描记和免疫组织化学技术。结果 DRN内微量注射PCPA(10 μg)引起睡眠时间增加 ,尤以深慢波睡眠增加明显 ;免疫组织化学显示DRN内 5 HT阳性神经元明显减少。结论 大鼠DRN微量注射PCPA后睡眠增加且 5 HT阳性神经元明显减少 ,提示 5 HT神经元参与睡眠调节。
Objective To observe the change of sleep and the morphological changes of serotonergic (5 HT) -neuronal neurons after microinjection of p -chlorophenylalanine into rat dorsal raphe nucleus (DRN). Methods Nuclei microinjection, polysomnography and immunohistochemistry. Results Microinjection of PCPA (10 μg) into DRN caused an increase in sleep time, especially in deep and slow wave sleep. Immunohistochemistry showed that 5 HT positive neurons in DRN were significantly reduced. Conclusion After PC microinjection with DRN, the rats sleep increased and the number of 5 HT positive neurons decreased significantly, suggesting that 5 HT neurons are involved in sleep regulation.
