目的了解宁夏回族自治区(宁夏)部分地区淡色库蚊幼虫对4种杀虫剂的敏感性状况。方法采用浸渍法,测定淡色库蚊幼虫现场种群的半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果与文献报道的敏感品系试虫比较,银川市淡色库蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、敌敌畏、仲丁威抗性系数分别为1.00、1.00、1.74和0.34倍,石嘴山市淡色库蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、敌敌畏、仲丁威抗性系数分别为0.67、0.50、0.22和0.10倍,调查结果显示,两市4种杀虫剂均处于敏感水平。结论银川和石嘴山市淡色库蚊幼虫对4种杀虫剂尚未产生抗药性,4种杀虫剂均可应用。
Objective To understand the sensitivity of four species of insecticides to Culex pipiens pallens larvae in parts of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region (Ningxia). Methods The immersion method was used to determine the LC50 of Culex pipiens pallens larvae on-site. Results Compared with the susceptible strain reported in the literature, the resistance coefficients of beta-cypermethrin, deltamethrin, dichlorvos and secoptimum in the larvae of Culex pipiens pallens in Yinchuan were 1.00, 1.00, 1.74 and 0.34 times respectively, The larvae resistance to beta-cypermethrin, deltamethrin, dichlorvos and secopwell were 0.67, 0.50, 0.22 and 0.10 times, respectively. The survey results showed that the insecticides in the two cities were sensitive. Conclusion The mosquito larvae of Culex pipiens pallens in Yinchuan and Shizuishan have not developed resistance to the four insecticides, and four kinds of insecticides can be used.
