思之则活,斯活则深,思深则透,四透则新,思新则进。反思不仅为了回顾过去,用于主体性自我认错纠偏,还能提升认识与行为的层次,更重要的是能产生一种指明未来活动和行为的洞见。教师在实际教学过程中要有意识,计划,步骤加以培养,发展提高自身的反思水平,从中总结经验。通过教学反思,解剖我们的日常教育实践,可以使我们寻找到教学中的得与失,进而寻求到更加符合教学规律,提高教学质量要求的方法,从而不断提高和超越自己的教育境界。
Think of the living, Sri Lanka is living deep, deep thinking is through, the new four-pass, new thinking is into. Reflecting not only to review the past, to correct the subjective self-denial, but also to raise the level of awareness and behavior, more importantly, it can produce insight that identifies future activities and behaviors. Teachers in the actual teaching process should be conscious, plans, steps to be developed, develop and improve their own level of reflection, from which to sum up experience. Through teaching reflection and dissection of our daily education practice, we can find the gains and losses in teaching, and then find ways to better meet the teaching rules and improve the quality of teaching, so as to continuously improve and transcend our educational realm.
