目的探讨纤维桩在磨牙残冠残根修复中的治疗效果。方法选择48例57颗磨牙残冠残根作为研究对象。57颗磨牙残冠残根均经完善的根管治疗,根据牙位及牙体缺损面积选择纤维桩应用的具体数量、长度及粗细,再根据治疗后牙齿的位置、形态、功能状况及美观要求选择全瓷或金属烤瓷冠修复。结果经术后6～30个月的临床疗效追踪观察,57颗患牙有55颗成功,2颗失败,其中1颗基牙有牙龈炎,1颗纤维桩脱落,修复成功率为96.49%,修复效果满意。结论纤维桩在磨牙残冠残根的桩核冠修复中能达到良好的效果。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of fiber posts in the repair of molars residual crown. Methods Forty-eight cases of residual roots of 57 molars were selected as research objects. 57 molars residual crown were root canal treatment after perfection, according to the tooth position and tooth defect area selection of the specific number of fiber posts, length and thickness, and then according to the location of teeth after treatment, morphology, functional status and aesthetic requirements Choose all porcelain or metal porcelain crown repair. Results The follow-up observation of 6 to 30 months after operation showed that 57 of the 57 teeth were successful and 2 failed. One of the abutments had gingivitis and one fiber pile fell off. The success rate of repair was 96.49% Satisfactory results. Conclusion The fiber post can achieve good results in the post-core crown restoration of residual root of molars.
