本文叙述一种新的高效液相色谱柱填充方法,此法采用粘度分布范围窄的细颗粒填充物(≤10±2μ)及低粘度溶剂制备稀的匀浆(≤4%)。在填充物颗粒没有沉降分级以前,用气动放大泵快速把匀浆压入色谱柱中,制备高效液相色谱柱。
This article describes a new high performance liquid chromatography column packing method using a narrow particle size range of the filler (≤10 ± 2μ) and a low viscosity solvent to prepare dilute homogenates (≤4%). Prior to fractionation of the filler particles without settling, the homogenate was quickly pushed into the column with a pneumatic amplification pump to prepare a high performance liquid chromatography column.
