目的 了解母亲长链多不饱和脂肪酸对胎儿的影响.方法 用毛细管气相色谱法测定了44例健康母亲静脉血和44例适于胎龄新生儿脐血血浆及红细胞膜长链多不饱和脂肪酸水平并同时测量新生儿出生体重.结果 脐血亚油酸、亚麻酸浓度低于母血,花生四烯酸、甘二碳六烯酸浓度脐血高于母血.亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸、甘二碳六烯酸脐血与母血之间呈正相关.母血花生四烯酸水平与新生儿出生体重呈正相关.结论 母亲营养和胎盘功能与胎儿生长发育密切相关.
Objective To understand the effects of maternal long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids on the fetus.Methods The contents of long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids in 44 healthy mothers and 44 normal infants with umbilical blood plasma and erythrocyte membrane were determined by capillary gas chromatography And the birth weight was measured at the same time.Results The concentrations of linoleic acid and linolenic acid in cord blood were lower than those in maternal blood and arachidonic acid and glycocinnamic acid.The cord blood was higher than that in maternal blood.Linoleic acid, linolenic acid and peanut There was a positive correlation between umbilical blood and maternal blood of tetraenoic acid and glycosylated hexaenoic acid.The level of maternal arachidonic acid was positively correlated with birth weight of newborn.Conclusion Maternal nutrition and placental function are closely related to fetal growth and development.
