农村财务公开是当前农民群众关心、关注的焦点问题,是农村合作经济组织实行民主监督管理的重要措施。推行农村财务公开有利于加强农村基层党风廉政建设、密切党群干群关系以及农村经济的健康发展。但是当前农村财务公开中存在着一些不容忽视的问题。对此笔者进行了认真思考、剖析了存在问题的主要原因,并提出了解决的思路和建议。笔者认为实践中农村财务公开的具体操作办法尚需进一步探索和规范。
Rural financial disclosure is currently the focus of concern and concern for peasants, and an important measure for the implementation of democratic supervision and management by rural cooperative economic organizations. In this regard, the author conducted serious consideration, analyzed the main reasons for the existence of the problem, and proposed solutions to the ideas and suggestions. I believe that the practice of rural finance open to the specific operational methods still need further exploration and norms.
