在管道保温技术中,强化保温是各国普遍采用的有效节能措施。目前,我国三北地区城市集中供热发展很快,热网系统愈来愈火。热网在输送热介质的过程中,由于其温度高于周围环境温度,因而将有一部分热量通过表面散失,采用强化保温的方法可以减少散热损失。据估算,目前全国每年消耗在供热上的燃料约两亿吨标准煤,热网管道散热损失约占总能耗的10%,因此合理的保温是当前节能措施中的一个重要课题。
In the pipeline insulation technology, strengthening insulation is an effective energy-saving measure commonly used in various countries. At present, the urban central heating in the three northern regions of China is developing rapidly, and the heating network system is getting hotter and harder. In the process of transporting the heat medium, the heat network will have a part of heat dissipated through the surface because its temperature is higher than the ambient temperature, and the heat insulation loss can be reduced by adopting the method of enhanced heat preservation. It is estimated that at present, about 200 million tons of standard coal is consumed in the heating of the country each year, and the heat network pipe heat loss accounts for about 10% of the total energy consumption. Therefore, reasonable insulation is an important issue in current energy-saving measures.
