“我们这档新闻节目的收视率稳定在10个点”“不光是首府,其余的城市也是这个收视率”“我们和市级台的争夺都到了打巷战的地步”“记者三个月完不成考核任务自动下岗”“所有中层竞聘上岗,绝不论资排辈”……这些语句不是虚无缥缈的口号,不是雄心勃勃的梦想,这些语句所描绘的是广西电视台新闻节目运行状态的真实面貌。这一切正在发生且还在继续。这幅生动的图景给我们浙江卫视新闻中心考察组留下了深刻印象。如果用一种感觉来形容,应该是:震撼。
