近年来,许多城市的领导者、规划者对城市战略进行了反省和重新设计。其中一个突出的现象是:越来越多的城市开始提出文化城市的战略构想,其中既有北京、上海、天津、广州、西安等大城市,也有大连、苏州、深圳、洛阳等中等城市,还有如潮州、淄博、扬州、吐鲁番、运城等小城市。上述现象启示我们,要从文化作为核心元素的角度,从综合改革发展的广度去理解文化与城市的关系,去研究城市的战略和城市的未来。
In recent years, many city leaders and planners have introspected and redesigned the city strategy. One of the outstanding phenomena is that more and more cities are beginning to propose the strategic concept of a cultural city, including large cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou and Xi’an as well as medium-sized cities such as Dalian, Suzhou, Shenzhen and Luoyang As Chaozhou, Zibo, Yangzhou, Turpan, Yuncheng and other small cities. The above phenomena have inspired us to understand the relationship between culture and city from the perspective of culture as the core element and to study the strategy of the city and the future of the city from the perspective of comprehensively reforming and developing.
