目前 ,全球高吸水性聚合物 (SAP)总需求量为 90万t/a,纸尿布和卫生巾是SAP的主要应用领域 ,占SAP总需求量的 90 %。 2 0 0 2年上半年 ,日本SAP出货量 (内需加出口 )为 13 4万t,同比增长 2 9 3%,出口量为8 5万t ,同比增幅达 38%。中国SAP市场需求强劲 ,日本触媒化工、BASF、San Dia聚合物等SAP生产商纷纷在中国建厂。随着SAP新建装置的增多 ,市场竞争也日趋激烈。
Currently, the total global demand for superabsorbent polymers (SAP) is 900,000 t / a. The main areas of application for SAP are diapers and sanitary napkins, accounting for 90% of the total SAP demand. In the first half of 2002, Japan’s SAP shipments (domestic demand plus exports) were 1,340,000 t, an increase of 293% over the same period of the previous year with an export volume of 85,000 t, an increase of 38% over the same period of last year. Demand in China’s SAP market is strong. SAP producers such as Japan Catalyst Chemicals, BASF and San Dia Polymer have set up factories in China. With the increase of new installations in SAP, the market competition is also getting fiercer.
