原理 尿样经酸消化后,在酸性解质中,V~(+5)与钽试剂生成的络合物,用乙醇和三氯甲烷混合有机溶剂萃取后比色定量。 试剂 1.锇酸溶液:取0.5g四氧化锇(OsO_4)溶解于100ml水中,取5ml该溶液用水稀释至250ml(相当于0.1mg/ml的OsO_4)。
