目的提高静脉药物用药安全,减少静脉药物配置差错。方法成立静脉药物配置专项质量管理小组,通过分析原因,寻求对策,落实措施,多方位实现静脉药物配置中心品质管理的提升。结果通过品质管理,药物配置差错由原来的0.05%降至0.003%,差异具有统计学意义。结论质量管理小组进行的品质持续性管理,能有效降低静脉药物配置中心的各环节差错率,减少药物配置差错,为临床用药安全提供保障。
Objective To improve the safety of intravenous drug use and reduce the errors of intravenous drug configuration. Methods We set up a special quality management team for intravenous drug deployment. By analyzing the causes, we sought for solutions and implemented measures to improve the quality management of intravenous drug delivery centers in various directions. Results Through quality management, the error of drug allocation decreased from 0.05% to 0.003%, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The continuous quality management of the quality management team can effectively reduce the error rate in all aspects of the intravenous drug allocation center and reduce errors in the drug allocation so as to provide guarantee for clinical drug safety.
