几年来,内蒙古自治区的政府采购工作,在改革中起步,在发展中完善,在实践中提高,政府采购范围逐年拓展,政府采购规模不断扩大,取得了明显成效。2001年全区实际采购金额3.1亿元,资金节约率为8.9%;2002年全区实际采购金额13.3亿元,资金节约率为12.1%;2003年1—7月份,全区实际采购金额8.2亿元,全年预计可达到20亿元。总的来看,这几年的政府采购制度改革方向对头,措施得力,各方支持,成效明显。但由于这项改革处于起步阶段,还存在一些问题,须要研究逐步解决。

In the first seven months of 2003, the actual procurement amount in the region was 820 million yuan Yuan is expected to reach 2 billion yuan throughout the year. Generally speaking, in the past few years, the reform direction of the government procurement system has taken the right direction with effective measures and support from all parties. The results have been remarkably effective. However, since this reform is in its infancy, there are still some problems that need to be studied gradually.
