一、引言在林业苗圃里,由于土壤中金龟子幼虫对苗木根部的危害,对培育优良健壮的苗木造成了极大的障碍。为了防治它,过去一直都使用有机氯农药,由于残留毒性的问题而被禁止使用,代替它的一般是使用有机磷农药,由于这类农药药效短的缘故,致使全国金龟子危害程度再一次增加,特别是给体形大的大录丽金龟子扩大危害造成了有利条件。青木等人在长野县从鞘翅目金龟子虫体中分离出一种卵孢白僵菌(Beauveria tenella),因而得到启示,利用它对金龟子类害虫进行生物防治,必获得较高的杀虫效
