醛固酮能阻止去甲肾上腺素摄取和促发心肌重构,醛固酮受体拮抗剂螺内酯却能改善扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者的左室(LV)重构,但其对心脏交感神经活性的作用尚未清楚。本文拟螺内酯对DCM患者心脏交感神经活性以及LV重构的可能作用进行了评价。对象与方法 30例DCM患者,男17例,女13例,平均年龄65±15岁,心功能属NYHAⅡ~Ⅲ级。研究前均已接受了ACEI、袢利尿剂、或地高辛和血管扩张剂治疗。研究中分为随机加服螺内酯(25mg/d)的治疗组和未加服螺内酯的对照组各15例,疗程半年。并于治疗前后分别经放射性~(123)Ⅰ-标志
