本文主要分析了住院医师规范化培训录用政策带来的隐性问题,阐述了在当前形势下,加强医生职业生涯管理的重要性,针对基于规范化培训的职业生涯规划途径进行研究。笔者通过研究,总结和归纳自身多年工作经验,提出医生规范化培训与职业生涯一体化模式的构建。
