随着我国工程建设管理模式的转变,参建各方都有工程档案管理人员参与档案管理工作,使得档案管理人员认识水平的差异及各方配合不到位。与此同时,在国内工程建设信息化管理比较薄弱的情况下,建设工程管理单位在对工程建设的动态控制过程中缺乏行之有效的管理机制。由此造成了档案管理工作的诸多不便,并制约着档案管理的质量。如何能够建立行之有效的档案管理质量保证机制;加强档案在工程建设过程中的收集、归档、验收等环节的管理工作质量;提高档案管理人员的整体素质。是当前提高工程档案管理质量的关键。
With the change of construction management mode in our country, all parties participating in the project construction have the file management staff involved in the file management work, which makes the difference of the level of the file management staff awareness and the cooperation of all parties in place. At the same time, under the circumstance that the information management of domestic engineering construction is rather weak, the construction management unit lacks an effective management mechanism in the dynamic control of the construction. As a result, many inconveniences have been caused in file management and the quality of file management has been restricted. How to establish an effective file management quality assurance mechanism; to enhance the archives in the construction process of collection, filing, acceptance and other aspects of the quality of management work; improve the overall quality of the file management staff. It is the key to improve the current project archives management quality.
