自国家质量技术监督总局第13号令颁发《特种设备质量监督与安全监察规定》以来,起重机械管理与监督检验工作得到了很大的加强。然而,起重机械的事故仍时有发生,导致事故的原因很多,现就某商场一台货物提升机发生钢丝绳断裂导致提升机吊笼坠落的事故进行分析,以供借鉴。一、事故简要过程2001年12月某日,某商场货物提升机停在正一层装运货物,当时提升机吊笼地坎高出楼面地坎30mm左右。工作人员用手动液压叉车向吊笼内装运货物时,叉车前轮卡入两地坎之间不能拔出,提升机无法运行,如图1所示。工作人员将此情况向商场设备部报告后,派
