我院是第三军医大学第三附属医院,编制后勤行政人员64人.干部22人,勤务连战士41人。根据编制和实际工作需要,后勤行政部门下设7个办公室,29个班组.形成了一套完整的管理和供应系统。在迎接等级医院评审中,我院后勤工作坚持以医教研为中心,为群众生活服务,做到制度健全,管理规范。服务到位,保障有力.保证了医院各项工作的顺利开展和任务的圆满完成。下面仅就我院后勤保障工作确保上等达标的主要做法淡点浅见。
Our hospital is the third affiliated hospital of the Third Military Medical University and has 64 logistic administrative staff. There are 22 cadres and 41 officers and soldiers. According to the preparation and actual work requirements, the logistics administrative department has 7 offices and 29 teams. A complete management and supply system has been formed. In meeting the hospital assessment of grades, the logistic work of our hospital adheres to the center of medical education and research, serving the people’s life, and ensuring a sound system and standardized management. The service is in place to ensure strong support for the smooth development of the hospital’s various tasks and the successful completion of the tasks. The following is only a brief summary of the main practices of ensuring the highest standards for the logistics support in our hospital.
