腮腺深叶巨大肿瘤,如采用常规腮腺切除术的切口或口内切口,由于下颌骨升枝部的阻挡,摘除相当困难。我们改用下颌骨切开术,充分暴露颌后区,可以顺利摘除肿瘤,手术安全可靠。现将二例手术报道如下: 例1,女,31岁。偶发现左耳后有肿块已1年,一个月前因软腭部又发现肿块,而来门诊就诊。经细胞学检查诊断为腮腺恶性混合瘤,于1982年5月6日入院治疗。口外检查:左耳垂抬起,耳垂下方
