目的:总结和分析我国白内障基础研究的现状。方法:通过综合和分析我国目前在白内障发病机制、晶状体后囊膜的混浊机制、药物防治白内障以及白内障动物模型构建方面的研究,提出我国在白内障基础研究中存在的问题和进一步可能的研究方向。结果:随着分子生物学、免疫学、细胞遗传学、分子病理学等多学科的发展和渗透,白内障的基础研究在我国取得了一定的进展,并且积累了丰富的研究资料,但在白内障的基础研究中还存在许多需要进一步探索和解决的问题。结论:白内障的基础研究是最终实现白内障疾病预防和治疗的基础条件,我国白内障基础研究任重而道远。
Objective: To summarize and analyze the current situation of basic research on cataract in China. Methods: The current research on the pathogenesis of cataract, the opacification mechanism of posterior capsular capsule, the prevention and treatment of cataract and the cataract animal model in our country are summarized and analyzed. The existing problems and further research directions of basic cataract in our country are pointed out. Results: With the development and infiltration of multidisciplinary researches in molecular biology, immunology, cytogenetics and molecular pathology, basic research on cataract has made some progress in our country and has accumulated a wealth of research data. However, in cataract There are still many problems in basic research that need to be further explored and solved. Conclusion: The basic research of cataract is the basic condition to finally realize the prevention and treatment of cataract. The basic research of cataract in our country has a long way to go.
