动态寻优法是一种工业优化试验方法.其目的是在工业化生产过程中运用数理统计技术和科学试验方法,寻找最佳工艺参数组合以提高产量,改进质量和降低成本.本方法的最大特点和优点是在不投资或很少投资的前提下,充分挖掘现有设备的潜力,并随着原料,工艺和环境条件的变化适时地改变工艺参数,使过程在接近最优状态下运行.
Dynamic optimization method is a kind of industrial optimization test method.The purpose is to use mathematical statistics and scientific test methods in industrial production process to find the best combination of process parameters to improve yield, improve quality and reduce costs.The most important characteristic of this method And the advantage is to fully tap the potential of existing equipment without investing or with little investment, and to change the process parameters as the raw materials, process and environmental conditions change in a timely manner to bring the process to near optimal operation.
